If you are not satisfied with your purchase, return the knife within
5 days for a full refund of the purchase price, less any shipping charges
we incur. Of course, any return must be in its original state of condition,
unused and unmodified. The custom knife makers who we work with are
the highest level professionals in the industry. They back our sale
of their products to you. If you have any problems due to normal use
with the investment knives that we represent, it will be fixed in the
most expeditious manner possible.

ORDER AGREEMENT
All
Orders are shipped within 24 hours of receiving payment. Orders ship
via UPS ground, (unless otherwise specified), fully insured for the
amount of purchase. Exact shipping charges are calculated and added
to the total. After an order is submitted, we e-mail you regarding the
availability of items and total cost. Sales tax applies to orders shipped
within Kentucky. Personal checks take up to 10 business days to clear
before we ship the item(s). It is the responsibility of the buyer, NOT
THE SELLER, to ascertain, and obey all applicable local, state,federal,
and international laws in regard to the possession and use of any items
on this web site. All items are sold subject to any local, state, federal,
and international ordinances that are applicable. Consult your local
and state laws before ordering if you are in doubt. Absolutely no sales
to anyone under 21. By placing an order, you are agreeing that the products
ordered will be used only in a safe and lawful manner and that you meet
the criteria of age and applicable laws for ordering.
International Orders
Elite Custom Knives welcomes International orders, however due to the
complexities of shipping outside of the Untied States customers must
read and understand our international shipping policy before placing
an order. All orders being shipped outside of the United States must
be paid for by wire transfer. Elite Custom Knives will be unable to
provide refunds in the event that an order is seized by customs or any
other agency. Please consult your local and state laws before ordering
if you are in doubt.
